Refocus Counseling Ministry, Inc. established in 1986 is a 501(c)(3) non-profit faith-based counseling ministry dedicated to bringing hope, healing, and restoration to individuals and families. Life can be challenging, and we believe no one should have to walk through struggles alone. Our heart is to provide a safe space where people can find comfort, clarity, and encouragement through Professional & Pastoral counseling. I specialize in helping people work through life’s difficulties—whether it’s past trauma, anxiety, depression, family struggles, or simply feeling stuck. Our approach is rooted in compassion, faith and the belief that true healing comes when we align our hearts, minds, and spirits with truth. At Refocus, we walk alongside you, offering guidance, encouragement, and faith-filled support as you navigate your journey. No matter where you are or what you’re facing, there is hope—and we are here to help you refocus, heal, and grow. Counseling Options I understand that every journey is unique, which is why we offer flexible counseling options to meet your needs. • Standard Sessions – One-hour in-person sessions designed for ongoing support and healing. • Intensives – Half-day and full-day sessions available for individuals, families, and marriages in crisis, or for those who want to focus in and make significant progress toward their goals in a shorter amount of time. All services are private pay, allowing for a personalized and confidential experience without insurance limitations.
